Our Vision is for tenants to remain independent as much as possible and to achieve any set outcomes as part of promoting their general wellbeing.

Jireh Housing is committed to ensuring that every tenant who accesses our services has right to live free from harm and abuse. In view of this, staff will support tenants in accessing their entitlement to full protection and justice under the criminal justice systems in the United Kingdom as available to other members of the society.

 In addition, staff will work with legislations such as Care Act 2014, Domestic Violence Act 2021, Equality Act 2010 and Human Rights Act 1998 as part of safeguarding work with tenants, as vulnerable adults with support needs.

Your support worker will work with you to:

●        Access your support needs

●        Identify goals to be achieved

●        Agree a plan based on what you need to do to meet these goals

●        Support you to meet the goals identified in your support plan by providing the support or by identifying other agencies who can provide support

●        Agree regular meetings with you to review and revise your support plan

●        Keep records of the meetings and provide you with a copy
